Where is my order?

Dispatch takes 24–48 hours. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves Studio 08.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@one8.com with your order number within 14 days. We send a prepaid pickup label for metro pin codes.

Which size should I take?

Fleece and bombers run one size relaxed. Court 018 is true to size — take your regular sneaker number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 18 countries. Duties are calculated at checkout, nothing is charged on delivery.

Can I book a Commune table for a group?

Groups of eight and above go through tables@one8.com so we can hold the right room for you.
